In other news, gas prices are soaring! Homeowners throughout Loudoun County are looking for ways to save on their bills as their everyday expenses continue to rise.
The weather is floating around a temperature that may be warmer during the day, and definitely much cooler at night, which leaves homeowners adjusting their thermostat throughout the day.

For those of you who like it a little cooler in your home, open your windows if you can! Seems like an obvious solution, but often we can get so accustomed to adjusting the thermostat that we forget how warm or cool it is outside. Don’t like it cool? Shut the windows and open the blinds. Letting in the sun’s natural light will help warm your home naturally without adjusting the thermostat.
If you have a fireplace, light it up. I am a big fan of fireplaces and love the atmosphere it creates around the home.
When the time does come to turn on your HVAC system in Loudoun County, will you be prepared? Make sure that you have had adequate HVAC repair and HVAC maintenance before the warmer months hit. Transitioning over from the winter to the spring can take its toll on your HVAC system if you have not taken the steps to prevent damage.
