HVAC Maintenance Matters
Whether you have a Carrier system in Ashburn or a Mitsubishi unit in Middleburg, maintenance is key to ensuring you stay cool during the upcoming Loudoun County summer. April, May and early June are the optimal times to schedule this service.
WHAT TO EXPECT DURING OUR VISIT
Our skilled technicians will arrive on time and wear protective shoe covers when entering your home. While inside they will check the thermostats and adjust dampers to optimize airflow efficiency. We will check your filter, as well as check your freon levels and fan motor oil. If a change or additional fluids/filters are needed, we will take care of that. Safety is important, so we will be sure to test all switches and tighten all electrical connections. Have a whole house humidifier? No problem! We will turn that off and treat for algae while we are there! The outside coil likely attracted debris during the harsh winter. We will clean and check that as well!
Once we are through, we will document our findings (and provide you a copy) and review them with you!
SYSTEM NOT PERFORMING
If we determine your system is not working, we will do what we can to repair it during the same visit. Another visit may be necessary if additional parts need to be ordered. We believe in repair before replace, but sometimes it just isn’t practical. Should our tech determine that the unit is beyond repair, we will schedule a salesperson to visit and review your options.
